Networks join hunt for Biden corruption

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA.) disagrees:

This is the most consequential political scandal since Watergate, and it deserves an investigation no less robust and no less bipartisan.

We know for a fact that Big Tech, the mainstream media, and allies of the Democrat Party worked together in the last days of the 2020 election to censor fact-based journalism and shut down social media platforms to ensure that the public did not have access to the truth about the scandals involving Hunter Biden and the Biden family.

Regardless of which party you favor, the big news is the Hunter Biden investigation is finally on the radar of Mass Media, including New York Times, Washington Post and the television networks that have previously squashed such reporting:

Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) presented bank records March 29 that show payments – made to President Joe Biden’s son – came from a Chinese Communist Party-linked company.

One was a wire payment of $100,000 to Owasco, one of Hunter Biden’s firms, from CEFC China Energy, a now-defunct company once associated with the Chinese dictatorship.

The Senators also showed a wire transfer of $5 million to Hudson West, a company Hunter Biden invested in and managed, from Northern International Capital, a business that partnered with CEFC.

A contract also made public by the senators revealed $500,000 went to Hunter Biden as a “one-time retainer fee.”

The receipts are just some of the records that “undeniably show strong links between the Biden family and communist China,” Grassley said.

Grassley said that the report was largely based on records from the Obama administration and some dozen interviews with government officials.

Bank records like this piece of evidence are pretty hard to deny and sweep under the rug, Johnson told senators.

Lunden Roberts

Meanwhile, the  mom of one of Hunter Biden’s children, Lunden Roberts, has testified to federal investigators  exploring potential tax crimes. The feds are examining records of transactions with a bank in China, according to a grand jury subpoena

Another former girlfriend, Zoe Kestan, also testified to the grand jury in Delaware.

Biden, 52, engaged in numerous financial deals while his father was serving as U.S. vice president, including business with firms in China and Russia, according to a congressional report released in 2020.

Republicans in Congress are urging a probe of why social media firms blocked access to NY Post newspaper reports of emails from a laptop that belonged to to Biden. That occurred just before the 2020 election, and would have influenced voting to some degree in a close contest.

The senior Biden won by a total of about 85,000 votes in so-called battleground states in the 2020 Presidential election.
