FBI used the very fake “Russian Dossier” – now denounced by its author – to obtain FISA warrant

CNN has revealed that the FBI used the fake “Trump dossier” in its application for a warrant from the FISA court in order to monitor former Donald Trump advisor Carter Page.

Christopher Steele

And Christopher Steele, who wrote the document, said through his lawyers in a report this week that the dossier came from “unsolicited” and “raw” intelligence that “needed to be analyzed and further investigated/verified.”

While Steele denounces the document, CNN reports it was part of the Democrat-controlled government’s effort to subvert Trump and his associates:

“U.S. officials tell CNN that last year the FBI used a dossier of allegations of Russian ties to Donald Trump’s campaign as part of the justification to get approval to secretly monitor Trump associate Carter Page,” Even Perez reported. “Now those sources say that FBI Director James Comey has cited the dossier in some of his briefings to Congress in recent weeks as one of the sources of information that the bureau used to bolster its investigation.”

“This includes approval from the secret court that overseas the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act known as FISA, to monitor Page’s communications,” Perez continued. “But to obtain permission to target Page, the FBI and the Justice Department would have to present probable cause that he was acting as an agent of a foreign power. Including possibly engaging in clandestine intelligence gathering for a foreign government.”

USS Mason jarred by Iranian missiles, despite our State Department approving $150 billion to Iran

A high ranking U.S. official, suggested on Sunday that the missiles fired by Houthis at the destroyer USS Mason on three attacks, while it was in the Gulf of Aden, were provided by Iran. Senator John McCain and others strongly agreed.

The failed missile attack from Iranian-backed rebel-held territory in Yemen came as news reports from Tehran revealed other Iranian-made ballistic missiles – “Zalzal 3” – were launched by the alliance of rebels and followers of ousted Yemeni president, Ali Abdullah Saleh, to hit various Saudi targets. Gary Johnson wants you to retire at 72, even later than Hillary Clinton and Bowles-Simpson Plan

Video by Paul Joseph Watson @ https://twitter.com/PrisonPlanet

When Gary Johnson was running for President in 2012, he explained his position on reducing Social Security benefits:

Social Security really needs to be reformed. Medicaid probably needs to be capped when it comes to the states. Medicare, there needs to be some sort of means testing.

The (Social Security) retirement age needs to be raised. A portion of Social Security ought to be privatized, if not all. And there probably needs to be some means testing. It’s a Ponzi scheme that’s not sustainable.

“Citing a story in USA Today, which reported that a rash of retirements in 2009 is pushing Social Security to the brink, Johnson said the retirement age needs to be raised perhaps to 70 or 72. “This is the reality, we’re broke,” Johnson said in 2012. Continue reading →

Call Me “irresponsible, unreliable, throw in undependable”; but don’t call me “deplorable”

Hillary, Hillary, Hillary…can we still love you when you call us names? And for me, the question is: am I in the “desperate” bucket or the “deplorable” basket, just because I won’t vote for you?

A little background is in order. Continue reading →

Romney’s running mate in 2012, Paul Ryan, has also been described as a Libertarian, although he votes as a Republican. His consideration to vote for Johnson, Romney explained, is because he doesn’t regard Donald Trump as a true conservative. Johnson ran against Romney in 2012 for the nomination.

ClintonFoundation

Investor’s Business Daily

As voters ponder their candidates for President, Bernie Sanders was asked this past week to release more than just one year of tax returns and Donald Trump hasn’t released any recent years’, because of an IRS audit.

However, if you are into examining tax returns, why not review the 2013 Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation IRS filings? Just click on: IRS 990 – December 2013 The 83-page document can be viewed or downloaded.

Earlier years are available here:

The Clinton Foundation is huge, and has been on the Charity Navigator (CN) watch list until December 2015. The charity is currently not rated by CN for the following reason:

We had previously evaluated this organization, but have since determined that this charity’s atypical business model can not be accurately captured in our current rating methodology. Our removal of The Clinton Foundation from our site is neither a condemnation nor an endorsement of this charity. We reserve the right to reinstate a rating for The Clinton Foundation as soon as we identify a rating methodology that appropriately captures its business model, CN explained..

Sanders and Soros and Clinton – enemies of Israel?

From Feel the Bern, the above video distorts history and defames Israel

Nearly everyone likes funny, warm Bernie Sanders.

And once upon a time he was a Jew, working in Israel.  Now, he isn’t advertising it.

Instead, he portrays himself as an agnostic Jew, not practicing his religion, but apparently trying to be more popular because of it.

NBC gave him a “two for” this past weekend.

Saturday Night Live viewers on NBC saw him spoofing the “typical” Jew, just getting off the early 20th century ship, boasting a European cap and accent, enjoying his name change to be more accepted by the Gentiles. This performance was Bernie’s donation to stereotyping Jews as self-involved schleps, while subtly contrasting himself with the no-good, strong, proud Jews of Israel. Rochester would be proud. “Yes, Mr. Bernie!”

Meet the Press on NBC Sunday showed another side of Sanders. When asked about foreign policy experience, he actually said:

We’ve talked to people like Jim Zogby, talked to the people on J Street to get a broad perspective of the Middle East.

SandersJames Zogby is the president of the Arab American Institute. J Street supports the Iran deal with U.S. and has promoted a Palestinian state.

Both J Street and Zogby have continually criticized Israel for its policies in the Palestinian territories. No mention was made by Sanders of any pro-Israel experts.

Sanders has said that he thinks the Palestinians should get more financial help from the U.S., and Israel should have its military aid cut. He almost agrees word for word with Arab League proposals, when he Continue reading →

Hillary flubs socialist/democrat question – here’s answer from former card-carrying member of SWP

democracy-not-capitalism

Capitalism is not the same thing as democracy

“It is not a question of substituting one ruling clique for another, but of changing the very methods of administering the economy and guiding the culture of the country. Bureaucratic autocracy must give place to Soviet democracy. A restoration of the right of criticism, and a genuine freedom of elections, are necessary conditions for the further development of the country. This assumes a revival of freedom of Soviet parties, beginning with the party of Bolsheviks, and a resurrection of the trade unions. The bringing of democracy into industry means a radical revision of plans in the interests of the toilers. Free discussion of economic problems will decrease the overhead expense of bureaucratic mistakes and zigzags. Expensive playthings—palaces of the Soviets, new theaters, show-off subways—will be crowded out in favor of workers’ dwellings. ‘Bourgeois norms of distribution’ will be confined within the limits of strict necessity, and, in step with the growth of social wealth, will give way to socialist equality. Ranks will be immediately abolished. The tinsel of decorations will go into the melting pot. The youth will receive the opportunity to breathe freely, criticize, make mistakes, and grow up. Science and art will be freed of their chains. And, finally, foreign policy will return to the traditions of revolutionary internationalism.”

— Leon Trotsky, The Revolution Betrayed, 1936

In late October 1960 I watched John F. Kennedy in a motorcade at Kensington and Allegheny avenues (K&A) in Ward 3 of Northeast Philadelphia, waving to a huge crowd of Irish residents, overwhelmed to tears in some eyes, but nearly all overjoyed with the chance he would be the President. I was just 19 and though not old enough to vote (the age was 21 then), that excitement of a political revolution and government change was intense.

Kennedy TripAfter the parade passed and the crowd left, I looked for something to do. My home was just a few blocks away and the “corner” boasted two large movie theaters, a Horn and Hardart, two “five and dimes”, and it was Monday afternoon, just after 4, too early for dinner, too late for lunch.

I spotted a pair of card tables with signs and pamphlets, but more important, an attractive girl to ply away some time. That began months of involvement with her and the Trotsky-inspired Socialist Workers Party, a  group dedicated to changing our economic system to restrict capitalism and enhance worker control of the means of production. I learned much of the support of the group was from young, wealthy suburban youth, and many of the leaders spoke with a Russian grumble.

The party was under attack and membership at Girard avenue and Broad street headquarters was only a few dozen, but you did get membership cards – flimsy and mimeographed. We were recruited for marches in front of the White House, picketing Continue reading →
