An updated – April, 2021 – list of members of the Trilateral Commission is now available here.

Secretary of State Tony Blinken has moved off the list from 2020, and other new names added. When members are appointed to public office, they are no longer active in the Commission.

Other Trilateral members and participants, who served as Secretary of State (third in line to the Presidency) include: Henry Kissinger, Cyrus Vance, Edmund Muskie, Alexander Haig, George Schultz, James Baker, Warren Christopher, Madeleine Albright, Colin Powell, and Condoleezza Rice.

Trilateral, founded in 1973, meets annually in a closed session and publishes its positions online. Participants are invited primarily from international finance, think tanks, education, lobbying and government. All major countries are represented, except Russia.
